I recently had an extremely large amount of complex number crunching, analysis and reporting to do. The task was beyond my Excel skill level. I emailed Richard through the raw data along with a few photos of some rough hand drawn sketches of the work that need to be done and how I wanted it to look. There was a lot of complex equations and variables to be included. We had a 15 minute chat to clarify some details and I left it with Richard. Literally, within 24 hours Richard had the work competed and back to me looking exactly the way I dreamed it would. In fact it was better. I was extremely surprised that Richard intuitively knew what I needed and got it done without any further clarification after our initial phone discussion.
